ABOUT CHRISTINA
Christina is a graduate cum laude of the University of Maine (1992 - B.A.). She has lived in southern Grand Prairie since 2006 with her husband and son. Since moving here, she has been very active in the community and has built strong networks of business contacts that will help her successfully market her real estate listings. She is in her second term as the President of the Board of Directors of the Grand Peninsula Owners Association. She additionally serves as the Co-Chair of the City of Grand Prairie's Parks & Recreation Board, as well as the City's Tree Board. She has served three terms as a representative on the Mary Lillard Intermediate School Site Based Team, which includes parent and community representatives who assist in the curriculum development and implementation for her area's local intermediate school within the Mansfield Independent School District.
HOME VALUATION EXPERTISE
In addition to being a Realtor, Christina holds the additional position of State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser (lic. # TX-1336180-R). While she cannot appraise homes for transactions she is involved with as a Realtor, her experience in appraising gives her added insight into what appraisers and lenders consider when evaluating a property. And it gives here clients added confidence in her ability to properly evaluate market factors and property pricing.
INTERNET MARKETING EXPERTISE
Since approximately 90% of home searches begin on the web, knowledge of internet marketing is essential in home sales. Christina is the co-owner of Quantum Internet Systems, Inc., a website development and internet marketing firm which is run day-to-day by her husband, Steven. This means she is uniquely positioned to bring this added level of technological prowess and web marketing knowledge to her real estate clientele.
